Product features
This series of desulfurization circulating pump is of horizontal, axial suction, single-stage, single suction, suspension and rear suction structure. The material of single-layer shell and flow passage parts adopts kb09 specially developed by our company for desulfurization conditions, which has the characteristics of high efficiency and energy saving, corrosion and wear resistance, low vibration, low noise, reliable operation, no leakage of shaft seal, long service life and convenient maintenance.
Application fields
It is suitable for conveying limestone or gypsum slurry in desulfurization system of thermal power generation, aluminum smelting, oil refining and other industries. The chloride ion content of the slurry allowed to be transported is up to 60000ppm, the pH value is between 4 and 13, the slurry temperature is ≤ 70 ℃, and the slurry weight concentration CW can reach 60%.

We set various check points along the whole production line,which throughout Raw Material,Charging Material,Surface and Heat Treatment checking,Material Analysis,Spare Testing and Pump Testing etc.
About the Pump Testing,the hydraulic performance test station we uses computer to complete the form test and the factory test.Test Bench Test System using the computer to accomplish the automatic control,automatic collection test parameters and real-time processing,the test data contains the whole test process of all kinds of pump and motor and test report could be output once the test finished.
