Slurry pump model 8/6

Slurry pumps are heavy-duty centrifugal pumps designed for continuous pumping of highly abrasive, high-density slurries. They are widely used in mining, minerals processing, coal preparation, dredging, metallurgy, power plants, chemical industries, and general industrial applications.

Material
The wetted parts are made from a variety of materials to suit different applications. These include high abrasion and corrosion-resistant alloys, rubber, and polyurethane. Function
These pumps feature large, open internal passages and large-diameter, slow-turning, high-efficiency impellers that reduce internal velocities, maximize wear life, and lower operating costs. They also have minimal shaft/impeller overhang, which reduces shaft deflection and load on the bearings, thereby increasing the packing life of the pump.
