Slurry Pool Dewatering Pump
The SP series pump is a vertical centrifugal slurry pump designed to operate with the pump body directly submerged in a sump or pit. It requires no shaft seals or sealing water and is suitable for transporting abrasive, coarse-grained, or high-concentration slurries. Its primary distinction from conventional horizontal slurry pumps . its vertical configuration and the fact that it does not require priming; this makes it particularly well-suited for applications such as dewatering mine pits.
Key Technical Features
Structural Design: Vertical cantilever structure; the pump inlet faces vertically downward, while the discharge outlet faces vertically upward on the side. The submerged depth can be customized according to requirements.
Wetted Parts Material: The SP model utilizes wear-resistant metal (high-chrome alloy), whereas the SPR model features corrosion-resistant rubber lining on submerged components for handling corrosive slurries.
Impeller Design: Employs a double-suction semi-open impeller; the clearance between the impeller and the casing liner can be adjusted to maintain operational efficiency.
