Single screw pump

1.Rotor：Variable material optional based on medium (40Cr, 304, 316L, 2205...). The rotor surface hardness can reach HRC62 for better abrasion resistance and surface finish degree can reach 0.2 after special polishing process.

2.Stator: various rubber material with more than 40 recipes, able to handle all kinds of abrasion, corrosive, high-temperature and other rigorous conditions.

3.Suction casing and discharge joint: various material optional and more flexible installation with suction can flexible installation with suction can coming from top, left and right which are all interchangeable.

4.Universal joint: With external rubber jacket and internal grease lubrication, it is designed as cross axle pin for large torque, more reliability, long service-life and convenient maintenance.

5.Shaft seal: variable sealing options including package seal, single mechanical seal and double mechanical seal. Moreover, package seal design can be exchanged with single mechanical seal design.

6.Bearing seat or supporting bracket: Bearing seat design is used when pump is coupled with reduction box through coupling; Supporting bracket design is used when pump is directly coupled with reduction box.
