Shaft

This is the  main pump shaft specially designed for  centrifugal pump, manufactured from duplex stainless steel EN 1.4460.

As a core rotating component of the pump, it bears the impeller and transmits driving torque during operation. The material EN 1.4460 delivers outstanding corrosion resistance, high tensile strength and good fatigue resistance, making it suitable for corrosive medium working conditions in chemical, petrochemical and water treatment industries.

Precision machining strictly follows original drawing dimensions to guarantee perfect interchangeability with the original unit. It matches all supporting parts including impellers, bearings, mechanical seals and coupling assemblies of the pump, ensuring stable pump running, low vibration and long service life after replacement.
