Petrochemical process pump (API610/OH1)
Product features
The OH1 series centrifugal pump is a horizontal, single-stage, radially split cantilever pump used in petrochemical processes. In order to support all forces applied to the pump shaft and maintain the rotor position, this type of pump has a separate bearing box. The flexible coupling connects the pump's driver to its base where it is placed.
1. Pump body: The radial force is greatly balanced by the double volute hydraulic design at the pump body output (≥DN80), which uses a volute structural design;
2. The suspension components (bearing box, bearings, shaft, gland, pump cover, etc.) adopt an overall pull-out design, which enables inspection and maintenance of the pump without moving the inlet and outlet pipelines;
3. Shaft: The shaft is a bare shaft structure, and the stiffness index of the pump shaft meets the requirements of API61011 "Appendix K." At the same time, the impeller nut anti-reverse structure is used to meet the needs of on-site working conditions and improve the safety and stability of the equipment.
4. Axial force balancing: The thrust bearing only carries a smaller load because wear-resistant rings are built into both sides of the impeller and an internal balance hole is made to make the pressure on both sides of the impeller self-balance;
5. Lubrication and bearings: Deep groove ball bearings, which only support radial force, are used in the front bearing, which is the bearing nearest the pump head. A pair of tapered roller bearings (31 series) or angular contact ball bearings (73 series) are used in the rear bearing, which is the bearing nearest to the drive end. Both types of bearings have an oil ring lubrication structure, and the user can choose a bearing isolator type seal. The seal of a labyrinth;
6. Mechanical seal; the seal cavity size complies with API682 4th "Centrifugal Pump and Rotary Pump Shaft Seal System", and various forms of sealing, flushing, and cooling solutions can be configured.
