Foam Pump

The foam pump is a new generation product developed and manufactured by our factory based on the absorption and assimilation of advanced domestic and international technologies. It is now widely used in metallurgical, coal, chemical, and other industrial sectors. Suitable for conveying abrasive or corrosive slurries containing foam, this series of pumps effectively eliminates foam in the slurry during operation. It can still operate normally even with insufficient feed material, making it particularly suitable for various flotation processes and an ideal product for conveying foamy slurries.

The material hopper is made of steel, stainless steel, or steel lined with rubber, etc. It features a tangential inlet and an overflow tank. The overflow tank conveniently returns excess material to the material pool, and the tangential inlet allows the material to quickly enter the pump and eliminate some of the foam.

The pump head has a double-casing structure. Depending on the conveyed medium, the wetted parts can be made of metal, rubber, or other non-metallic materials.
