16/14TU -LH Heavy Duty Mineral Pump

Large Size slurry pumps ' key pint is Standard material .  High Chrome , Ultra High chrome guarantee the service life of Wet parts , seal parts.

Second is the weight.  Only the parts in standard weight can perform normal serice life.

Large slurry pumps, due to their high flow rates, high head, and exceptional wear resistance, are typically deployed in the most heavily loaded, particle-laden, and abrasion-prone core workstations across various industrial processes. Core applications by industry are as follows:

     1. Mining and Ore Dressing Plants (Most Critical Applications, Harshest Environments)Metal Mines (e.g., Magnetite, Copper, Gold)**: Large slurry pumps are referred to as the "circulatory system" of the entire ore dressing process.

Grinding Mill Discharge Station (First/Second Stage Cyclone Feed Pump)**: Installed at the discharge outlets of ball mills or semi-autogenous grinding mills.

These pumps transport high-concentration slurry containing coarse, sharp ore particles directly from the grinding process to cyclones for classification. This is the most severely worn and demanding workstation in the entire mine.

Tailings Transport Station (Tailings Pump)**: Responsible for conveying waste residue (tailings) over long-distance pipelines to tailings ponds. Due to the extended distances, multiple large slurry pumps are often connected in series for high-pressure transportation.

Concentrate Transport Station: Transports high-concentration useful concentrate slurry to the next processing stage (e.g., dewatering workshops or smelters).

     2. Coal Washing Plants and Coal Industry Heavy Media Circulation Stations (Heavy Media Pump)**:     - Transports mixtures containing high-concentration suspended raw coal and suspensions (e.g., ferrosilicon, magnetite powder). This station demands extremely high flow rates and exceptional wear resistance.     -

Filter Press Feed Station (Feed Pump)**: High-pressure delivery of concentrated coal slurry to filter presses for dewatering. The characteristic of this station is the continuous rise in pressure as the filter press internal saturation increases.

    3. Thermal Power Plants (Power Industry) *Hydrocyclone Ash/Slag Station (Ash Slurry Pump)**: Powdered ash and boiler bottom slag generated after combustion are washed with water to form ash slurry, which is then transported by large slurry pumps to ash disposal sites or recycling points.

Limestone/FGD System (Desulfurization Circulation Pump)**: In flue gas desulfurization (FGD) systems, it circulates limestone slurry for sulfur dioxide absorption. This station not only requires wear resistance but also exceptional resistance to acid and alkali corrosion.

    4. Other Heavy Industry and Engineering Fields: Dredging and Sand Mining (Slurry Pumps): Large horizontal slurry pumps installed on dredgers or sand mining vessels, directly used for suction and transportation of silt, pebbles, and mud from the bottom of rivers, lakes, seas, and oceans. Steel and Metallurgy (Slag Disposal Stations): Employed for the circulating conveyance of high-pressure water quenching slag from blast furnaces, where the medium temperature is high and hardness is extremely severe.
